Once you start the only rest you get is the length of time it takes to take 5 or 10 breaths.  Try not to gasp for air, hold your breath, or take too big of breaths and pass out.  Breath normal and don’t panic.  Learn to control your breathing, we all know it is important in crossfit now i am forcing you to do it.
