The past couple of days I used the same workouts that were used at the Crossfit Games. I must say, for all the competitors who endured three workouts on Saturday and were able to complete the workout of 30 squat clean and jerks (155 lbs!) on Sunday have incredible drive and heart. I do mean EVERYONE! I am inspired, and I WILL be competing next year! In my opinion, the workouts were completely fair. It showed the best crossfitter in the end! I think it was great that an underdog came up and won! Myself, being a Cubs fan am always rooting for the underdog.

Dutch, congrats on 7th place! The competitors at the games were equal to that of olympians. The Crossfit Games almost mimics the Olympics in early Greece. I do not know where crossfit will end up in the whole scheme of things, but it is heading in the right direction.

For those of you coming back from vacation, I am waiting eagerly for you to come back and to push you as hard as you would like to be pushed!! Get inspired!! I want to conquer the world, who is coming with me?

Nice job on the top ten Dutch!
Truly one of the best among the elite athletes in the nation.

And I’m always down for a little world domination.
