    in regards to the cross chops, do you usually do even numbers to each side. ie in the last wod: 6 from left hip to right shoulder, then 6 from right hip to left shoulder? Thanks again, always like finding new stuff.

    yo travis where you work out from?

    5×2 sots press (two on each arm)
    25,30,30,35,40

    mile run 6:31 ( YAY RAIN AND COLD…not)
