At Black Box Strength & Conditioning we like to know you and everything that drives you! Because of this, we want to sit down with everyone and show you what we do and talk about how we can help you accomplish your goals and get started!
To begin your training at BlackBox Strength and Conditioning, you will go through a fitness consultation with one of the BlackBox coaches where we will discuss your exercise history, injury and health history, lifestyle factors, nutrition and goals. This is meant to be your time to explore the gym and get to know BlackBox while we dig deeper into understanding what drives you.
After your fitness consultation, you and BlackBox staff will better understand your goals and be able to make some recommendations on what is most appropriate for your goals. It is with great pleasure that we can say that we have something for everyone. We also offer personal training, small group coaching and individual skill sessions.
