At Black Box Strength & Conditioning we like to know you and everything that drives you. Because of this we want to sit down with everyone and show you what we do and talk about how we can help you accomplish your goals.
To begin your training at Black Box Strength & Conditioning you must do an introductory session with one of our coaches where we will talk about your exercise history, injury and health history, lifestyle factors, nutrition and goals. We will also put you through a short workout and recovery session designed to give you a small taste of our programing. This is meant to be your time to explore the gym and get to know us while we dig deeper into understanding what drives you.

After your intro session you will be able to better understand your goals and make some recommendations on what is most appropriate for your goals. It is with great pleasure that we can say that we have something for everyone. From Group Fitness with Crossfit classes to a Weightlifting team to recovery classes.
