Food physically makes up what you are.  If you eat crap you will feel like and perform like crap.  For this reason we have a very specific nutritional recommendation.  We understand that everyone is different and we make allowances for that but our over arching theory is to eat REAL FOOD.  Real food is something that closely resembles something found in nature.  Real food generally does not come in a packages or need nutritional labeling.   REAL FOOD HAS 1 INGREDIENT.
