Black Box Personal Training is designed around YOU and YOUR goals. This can take place in two ways.
OPTION 1: PERSONAL TRAINING: You meet with a BlackBox coach, discuss your goals and determine a path to accomplish those goals. You then meet with this coach in the BlackBox Strength and Conditioning gym for each session. The programming is designed specifically for YOUR NEEDS. We want you to acheive every goal you dream for yourself. We will be your support team to get you there.
OPTION 2: SMALL GROUP TRAINING: This program is ideal for 2-3 people. The atmosphere gives you the attention of personal training and the accountability of your workout partners. This program gives you the best of both worlds and provides an option of personalized programming at half the cost of personal training.
