Everyone at BlackBox Strength and Conditioning begins with a fitness consultation. In this session, we will sit down with you and talk about everything from your current exercise habits to nutrition to lifestyle factors that may be sabotaging your results and your health. After the discussion portion where we help you understand what we are all about and why, we will move on to the short exercise portion. Our introductory workout is completely scalable so almost anyone that can commit to some hard work can complete this workout.
Upon completion of the workout, we will show you what we do to help the body recover as well as discuss what BlackBox program we think is best for you.
