Intro Session

Everyone at Black Box Strength & Conditioning starts with an Intro Session.  In this session we will sit down with you and talk about everything from your current exercise habits to nutrition to lifestyle factors that may be sabotaging your results and your health.  After the discussion portion where we help you understand what we are all about and why, we will move on to the short exercise portion.  Our intro workout is completely scalable so almost anyone that can commit to some hard work can complete this workout.

After the workout we will show you what we do to help the body recover as well as discuss where we think you will fit into Black Box’s program.

Group Fitness with Crossfit Classes

Our Group Fitness with Crossfit classes are designed for the general fitness enthusiast/cross training athlete.  These classes thrive through the community that supports everyone and is created by you.  Bring your positive attitude and willingness to work hard and your coach will provide the expertise and stimulation to reach your goals.

Small Group Training

Small group training is for groups of 4 or less that want personalized coaching in a small group setting.  Whether this group is created by you or put together by the coach of your choice, we will provide the best program, support and motivation you have ever experienced.  Using this small group you will be able to reach beyond what you ever thought possible and accomplish all the goals you have.

Personal Training

Black Box Personal Training is designed around YOU and YOUR goals.  This can take place in two ways.

1. In the Black Box Strength & Conditioning facility:  You meet with a coach, discuss your goals and determine a path to accomplish those goals.  You then meet with a coach at Black Box for each session.  This is our ideal situation so our coaches can keep a close eye on your training and progress.

2. On your own:  This is a program design option where you can do the workouts on your own outside the gym under the close observation of a well qualified Black Box Strength & Conditioning Coach.  This option is ideal for those of you Black Box enthusiasts that do not live in or around the B/CS area or just can’t make it in the gym as frequently as they would like or at our hours of operation.

Recovery Classes

Recovery Classes are for those of you that do not want to miss a day in the gym but whose body just needs a break.  Recovery Classes are impromptu and sometime individually assigned on a daily or weekly basis.  It is up to the discretion of the Black Box coach to determine if you need a recovery class or are able to participate in your chosen workout.

Weightlifting Classes

Weightlifting Classes give you the most platform time possible.  After conquering the basics (snatch and Clean and Jerk) you will spend time refining these movements then supplementing them with strength or mobility/stability exercises.  Each class is coached by your well qualified Black Box coach.  Depending on your level of mastery of the movements these classes may have athletes with individual programs.
