Jordan Morchat
My journey of fitness and health has been one of a lifetime. I played soccer all through grade school and college and studied Nutritional Sciences at Texas A&M University. After school, I became a Certified Nutritionist for the government. I also participated in triathlons and many racing events, until I came across CrossFit. Since 2007, I have actively been apart of the CrossFit and Olympic lifting community. It is my desire for people to find community, fitness, and nutrition to be a lifestyle, rather than a trend. I have a passion to see people healed from food addictions, insecurities, and any physical ailments. By focusing on a person as a whole being (the spiritual, physical, and emotional states), I believe anything can happen!
