Jordan Morchat

My journey of fitness and health has been one of a lifetime. I played soccer all through grade school and college and studied Nutritional Sciences at Texas A&M University. After school, I became a Certified Nutritionist for the government. I also participated in triathlons and many racing events, until I came across CrossFit. Since 2007, I have actively been apart of the CrossFit and Olympic lifting community. It is my desire for people to find community, fitness, and nutrition to be a lifestyle, rather than a trend. I have a passion to see people healed from food addictions, insecurities, and any physical ailments. By focusing on a person as a whole being (the spiritual, physical, and emotional states), I believe anything can happen!

Val Smith

My yoga journey began in 2006 when I was pregnant with my son.  I lived in Dallas at the time working at Exhale Spa.  I tried my very first yoga class there and knew I had to make it a part of my life.  I was able to feel Gods presence, connect with my body and invite peace into my life.  Since then, I’ve been practicing yoga on a regular basis.  I had the privilege of getting certified through Yahweh Yoga as a CCYT (Certified Christian Yoga Teacher) and a RYT ( Registered Yoga Teacher) through Yoga Alliance.  I also received a certification for Level 1 Raw Food Chef.  I enjoy encouraging people to slow down, take time to breath, reduce stress and practice yoga.
