My journey of fitness and health has been one of a lifetime. I played soccer all through grade school and college and studied Nutritional Sciences at Texas A&M University. After school, I became a Certified Nutritionist for the government. I also participated in triathlons and many racing events, until I came across CrossFit. Since 2007, I have actively been apart of the CrossFit and Olympic lifting community. It is my desire for people to find community, fitness, and nutrition to be a lifestyle, rather than a trend. I have a passion to see people healed from food addictions, insecurities, and any physical ailments. By focusing on a person as a whole being (the spiritual, physical, and emotional states), I believe anything can happen!

I graduated from Texas A&M in 2008 with a degree in Nutrition. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2010. I started off coaching CrossFit classes, and soon after discovered my love of Olympic-style weightlifting. I started the weightlifting team at BlackBox College Station in the summer of 2012 and have since produced several national level lifters. I am also an assistant coach and lifter for Texas Barbell Club, the 2014 men’s National Championship team.
Working with people that want to better themselves, no matter how big or small their goal, is my passion. If it is important to you, it is important to me, and I want to help you achieve it.
